PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

KNITTING

Our knitting division produces a wide variety of fabrics using advanced knitting technologies. We manufacture Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Lacoste, Pique, French Terry, Waffle, Thermal, Engineering Stripe, Pointelle Rib, Crepe, Jersey Twill, and various specialty structures with or without spandex to satisfy modern fashion requirements.

PRINTING

We provide high-quality screen printing and fabric decoration solutions using modern printing techniques and premium materials. Our printing section ensures vibrant colors, sharp detailing, long-lasting durability, and consistency across all garments.

CUTTING

Our cutting department ensures precision and consistency in every garment production stage. Each fabric roll is thoroughly inspected before cutting to ensure accurate measurements, fabric quality, and exact replication of approved samples.

SEWING

Scarlet Knitwears Ltd. is equipped with modern sewing facilities capable of maintaining high production efficiency and superior craftsmanship. Our production line includes advanced machinery from renowned brands such as Pegasus, Brother, and Juki with automatic thread trimming and cutting systems to ensure flawless garment construction and finishing.

Our sewing section has the capability to produce approximately 27,000 pieces per day while maintaining strict quality standards.

DYEING

Our dyeing and finishing facilities are supported by world-class machinery and experienced technical experts. Using advanced dyeing technologies and internationally recognized Fong’s machines, we ensure excellent color consistency, fabric performance, and high-quality finishing for every production batch.

LABORATORY & QUALITY CONTROL

Our fully equipped laboratory plays a vital role in maintaining product quality throughout every production phase. From knitting and dyeing to finishing and final inspection, our quality control team performs strict testing procedures to ensure compliance with international standards and buyer requirements.

FINISHING

The finishing department is equipped with modern steam pressing, stain removal, needle detection, and packaging facilities to ensure every garment is delivered with premium presentation and quality assurance.
